Welcome to Dende's Match. By using the App, you accept these terms. Please read them — especially the part about respecting other players.

Hosting

The App and the dendesmatch.app website rely on the following hosts and providers:

  • dendesmatch.app website: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — Tel. 1007.
  • App backend: Supabase (database, anonymous session, server functions), European Union.
  • Analytics: PostHog (European Union). Crash reports: Sentry.
  • Premium AI reading: Anthropic PBC (United States) — see the privacy policy.

Purpose

Dende's Match is a party game. These terms govern the use of the App.

Respect & fair play

Dende's Match is played among friends and relies on mutual respect. Never force anyone to carry out a penalty against their will.

Every player is free to refuse or adapt a penalty. The choices made during the game are the sole responsibility of the players.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with the law and with respect for other players. The content you enter (names, answers) must not infringe the rights of others.

Reporting content

Zero tolerance for objectionable content: hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content or incitement to dangerous behaviour have no place in Dende.

Found content that feels wrong? Report it directly from the card in question (the “Report” button) or email us at support@dendesmatch.app. We review every report and remove content that breaches these rules, usually within 24–48h.

Premium purchases

Some features (totems, compatibilities, extra cards, “AI reading”) can be unlocked via a one-time payment, with no subscription. Purchases are handled by the app store (App Store / Google Play), whose terms and refund rules apply.

Intellectual property

The App, its content, visuals and brand are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use of the App.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be determined according to the applicable rules, subject to consumer protection provisions.
